2023 · Go into your fort (I'm assuming you have a fort), hit ESC to enter the menu, scroll down to "export local image," then hit enter. This will take you into a menu where all of the z-levels on your map are listed; deselect all but one. Hit I think e is the default hotkey; I don't remember what the option is called.
